About Man Up Down Under
In the neon-lit era between 1983 and 1985, there lived a young visionary named Ross who dared to dream of fashion greatness.
But, before we delve into his eventual fairy tale ending, complete with a picket fence and a charming princess (oh, and not forgetting six children, including a set of twins), let's embark on this journey together.
Picture this: the 1980s, a time that allowed men to be whoever they wanted to be.
However, there was a problem - parents stuck in the '70s who deemed it uncool for a young man to venture into the world of fashion engineering.
Ross's dad, like many fathers of that era, made a decision — he sent his son off to a job that required him to "ManUp."
By nature, he was a true tradesman, but the designer within never faded; and with over three decades of building, bricklaying, digging, and concreting, Ross finally decided it was time to fully embrace his childhood dream.
The catalyst for this transtormation?
The relentless discomfort of underwear that rode up, got sweaty in the summer; and so, Man Up Down Under was born!
