Our team are super friendly, and will literally bend over backwards to help you in anyway.

We will be more than happy to exchange, refund or provide a credit if:

  • You ordered the incorrect size or style. (Please understand all tags and packaging must be intact and underwear not worn)

 

Our return policy is strictly for 14 days. Unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange any time after that return period. Obviously for hygiene reasons, we cannot offer a return on any open underwear.

If you do need a return, please ensure that it is unused (because used will be just yuck!), and that it is in the same condition that we sent it to you in. This also includes the original packaging.

If you need to return more than one pair of undies, then the remaining ones must be sent back to us completely unopened.

Due to health regulations and sanitary precautions, any underwear that have been worn cannot be returned. So, please keep your worn undies on us, and return any others in their perfect condition.

Any cost of return postage is at the recipients responsibility and cost. Unfortunately, we will have to deduct any postage or express charges from your original order if asking for refund.

Socks can be returned if they have been unworn and still in their original packaging, otherwise we cannot accept the return.

We will accept any returns on any other products.

Our refund department will determine whether a refund will be approved or rejected, after they have received and inspected the item. You will then be sent a reply via email.

We will gladly process you a refund if it has been approved with no questions asked. As long as they have not been worn and in the original unopened packaging. (Please understand why)

Once your refund is processed, we will credit you via the same way you paid for your goods. For example, if you paid with your credit card, then a credit will be applied to your card. If you paid via Paypal, then a credit will be applied there, and so forth.

Please note we have a strict 14 day rule, and no refunds can be given anytime after that.
